Legal Document Scanning

Recently, NexGen completed an on-site document scanning project for a regional law firm based in California. They previously consulted a scanning service provider but was highly disappointed with their functioning due to lack of consistency and dedication.

Our client approached us with the requirement of developing a paperless solution. Their storage files comprised of six legal client files with essential information. These documents required an effective scanning, so that it can be easily uploaded into their electronic document management system.

NexGen has a pool of talented personnel, who were ready to prepare a unique onsite scanning solution for our client, in order to capture the documents. To meet their demands, we had set up an on-site document scanning unit, which was beneficial for capturing the storage of the legal client files.

We offered our clients with a complete advice regarding the appropriate scanners and software, which would be available for them in the future. Before utilizing the scanners, we made a trial run, which was widely successful. We carried out the most efficient way to prepare, scan, and index the documentation.

Once the project was completed, NexGen Data Entry was showered with numerous appreciations for the effort and dedication put into the task.
